ABOUT

We built this because school offices deserve better than an Excel sheet.

TriaCampus started from a simple observation: schools already track everything that matters — attendance, fees, results, communication — they just do it across a paper register, a defaulter list in Excel, and a WhatsApp group per section. We built one system to hold what was already being done, better.

Most school-ERP software gets built by watching a product demo, not by sitting in a school office during the first week of term. So it ends up solving the problems that look good on a sales call — dashboards, reports, colourful charts — instead of the ones that actually eat a principal's morning: a fee defaulter list that needs updating by hand, twelve WhatsApp groups with no record of who read what, and a report card season where every teacher retypes the same remarks forty times.

TriaCampus is built the other way around. Every feature in it — the roll call that fires a WhatsApp alert in under a minute, the AI report card comments a teacher still has to approve, the audit trail that survives a board inspection — exists because a specific person in a specific school office needed it to exist. Not because it looked good in a features list.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

A few things we won't compromise on.

Built for the person marking attendance, not the person buying the software

If a feature makes a demo look impressive but makes a teacher's actual morning slower, we don't ship it.

If it needs a training manual, we've failed

A teacher should be able to mark a full class present in under a minute the first time they open the app — no walkthrough required.

Nothing gets quietly edited

Every change to a mark, a fee, or a student record is logged with who, when, and what changed. Audits shouldn't require a scramble.

WhatsApp, not another app to check

Parents already live on WhatsApp. We meet them there instead of asking them to download and remember to open one more thing.

AI drafts, a human approves

Every AI-generated report card comment, test paper, or announcement is a draft a teacher reviews — never something that goes out unseen.

Built for Indian schools specifically

CBSE and state-board grading, UPI payments, RTE seat tracking, U-DISE returns — not a global product with India bolted on.

WHO'S BEHIND IT

A small team, close to the schools we build for

TC
The TriaCampus teamWe work directly with principals, teachers, and accountants during onboarding — not through a support ticket queue — because the fastest way to build the right feature is to watch someone hit the wrong one.
