School subscriptions
Cancellation and refund terms for a school’s TriaCampus subscription are set out in the agreement signed with that school. Write to us and we will go through it with you.
Fees paid to a school
When a parent or student pays school fees through a school’s portal, the payment goes to the school. Refunds of school fees are decided by the school; please contact the school office.
Payments made by mistake
If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact the school office or write to us with the receipt number and we will help sort it out.
