Who we are
TriaCampus provides school management software to schools in India. Each school decides who uses its portals and what information goes into them. For school records, the school is in charge of the data and TriaCampus processes it on the school’s behalf.
What data we handle
- Students: name, class, section, roll number, attendance, homework, marks, report cards, fee records and any other details the school chooses to keep.
- Parents and guardians: name, phone number, email and their link to a student.
- Staff: name, contact details, role, timetable, leave and attendance.
- Website visitors: what you type into the demo or contact forms on this website.
Why we use it
Only to run the portals for the school: taking attendance, sharing homework and results, managing fees, and similar school work. We use demo-form details only to contact you about TriaCampus.
Who can see it
Each school’s data is kept separate from every other school’s. Inside a school, staff roles decide who can see what. TriaCampus staff access school data only to set up the school, give support, or fix a problem.
What we never do
We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as the school uses TriaCampus, and after that only as long as needed to hand records back to the school or to meet legal requirements.
Deleting data
A school can ask us to delete its data. Parents, students and staff should contact their school first, since the school controls its records. See Data deletion.
