How the portals connect

One action updates everyone at once.

All five portals share one record. Do something in one portal and watch it land in the others, or press play to run a whole school day.

Or explore by module

Each portal sees its own side of the same record. Pick a module to see who does what with it.

In every portal

Built for how schools actually work.

These come with every portal, for every school.

  • Your brand

Your logo, colours and fonts on every portal and the sign-in page.

Parents and staff see your school, not a software company.
  • Your fields

Add the student details your school collects, and choose who can see them.

No more side registers for the things the software forgot.
  • Your roles

Create staff roles like Accountant or Timetable coordinator and give each exactly the access they need.

Everyone sees what they need, and nothing more.
  • Help built in

    Step-by-step guides inside every portal.

Staff learn by doing, without waiting for a call back.
  • Report a problem

Any user can report an issue from inside the portal, and it reaches our team with the details.

Problems get fixed without a long back-and-forth.
  • Works on any device

Every portal is a web app that works on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing to install; add it to the home screen if you like.

Most parents and many teachers use only a phone.
